Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
If we expect a major delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically takes 6–10 business days.
Due to high product demand/order volume, courier delays, or customs inspections, delivery may take up to 12-20+ business days in some cases.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide.
Buyers are responsible for custom duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.


Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item(s).
We will assist you with a replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
If tracking shows delivery and the package is missing:

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order or update the shipping address,
please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
